Packages will be shipped twice a week. An email will be sent out to you once your package(s) have been sent.

How long do I have to wait for my package?
Once shipped, they should arrive within 1-2 weeks for U.S. residents and no more than 3 weeks for internationals (in normal weather conditions.)

I accidentally gave you the wrong address, what should I do?
Immediately email me at pikararme@gmail(.)com with your name, paypal email, the date you ordered, what you ordered, and the correct address you want. It is up to you to confirm your shipping address and to fix this mistake.

How do I get my free pin?
You get a free pin if you order more than one set of pins. To receive a free pin, you must list your selection IN ADDITION to the pins you purchased.

Why didn't I get a free pin?
You do not get a free pin if you failed to list it IN ADDITION to the pins you purchased.

Why did I get a pin I did not list?
If this happens, it is because you failed to list all the pins you ordered. For example, buying 8 pins but only listing 7. In this case, a random pin as added to your order.

The pin I want is out of stock! Will it be restocked?
Depending on the demand for the particular design, the pin may or may not be restocked. It is most likely, however, that the pin will be discontinued ),:
